Fast delivery and good value product.
Pretty chuffed with this - delivery took a week from ordering, coming from China. Packing was good. Quality of the item seems very good, nice material for mouse to move on, rubber backing keeps it nicely in one place. I got a pretty large mat and used a 5mb photo of Andromeda galaxy with millions of tiny stars and it's come out great - so make sure you use as high quality photo as you can and you should be fine!

grate customization, came a little bit blurry but other wise grate.

Ok but smelly
The product itself is of good quality and feels sturdy but soft. The image quality could have been better though I think this is more to do with the automated customisation while ordering as resolution of picture submitted was more than sufficient. The main down point is the smell of the product, there is always a smell to these things however this one is very strong and had to be aired outside overnight to get rid of it. This shouldbe done before shipping it in my opinion.

Bit annoyed as I brought one previous to this for a lot more.Was nice but this was a lot cheaper and just as nice.Think I be ordering a couple more after Christmas!

High Quality Product
The design I had submitted was printed across the mousepad, what’s nice is that it wasn’t a layer of paint, the fabric itself had the design painted onto it, which would last for longer.

Not pleased
One image is the mouse mat and the second is the image I gave them.On the Customise page, I made sure to place the boarder on my image, within the mouse mat area.The Mat has rounder corners, so I made sure my orange boarder was inside.If you look at the image of the mouse mat I got, the corners barely have any boarder and the left side has nothing at all.There is clearly is no staff checking anything.I thought adding a boarder would help them see how it was designed and how I would want it.An option to have the stitching on the boarder a different colour would of fixed this.The mat itself feels good, the image quality is a little more faded and washed out in person than the camera shows and even that is not as bright as the image I sent
