The right cookbook for your daily work with Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
As the title says, it's a cookbook - so, it's filled with recipes and practical examples on how to make use of Microsoft Defender for Cloud's capabilities. I really liked the inclusion of multi-cloud (AWS and GCP) examples, onboarding of Azure Arc resources, recipes for automation via Logic Apps, etc. I think it's a perfect companion for your daily work with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and should be kept nearby. Although, if you're looking for deep theoretical discussions, this book will not provide them (which is not really a downside... as it's a cookbook).

Great book for IT Security officers and IT admins
Defender for Cloud is one of the newer options. As a long-time user of Microsoft Cloud, and even longer of Microsoft Server products, since NT 4.0, the biggest challenge has always been security. I'm often confused by so many services that reside in Azure and the Cloud. In this book I found information, on what I can use and apply within the DfC, and how to manage settings and security monitoring in my as well as my customers' settings and environment. It was well explained what all the possibilities are offered (for some I didn't even know they existed, or I simply didn't have time to research them), and what is even more important to me is how to fit them into my environment. As a user of ATA - Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics, this is an upgrade and a logical successor to a modern IT environment. The book is an excellent reference for those who want to know more about the possibilities. It helped me find my way around the countless possibilities that Defender offers.
