Just the right size for a small embroidery project.

A good sturdy 5 inch embroidery hoop with a strong screw fastener that's not too tough to open even without a screwdriver, but not flimsy enough to just fall open. Good quality wood without splits, splinters or scuffs. Overall very nice to work with and makes a fantastic frame. As an avid embroiderer, Elbesee has become my go-to brand for affordable quality.

Excellent price, does exactly what I need it to.Hoop is smooth but a few rough spots which might catch your skin.

So first impressions: hoop is not as pictured, being a sturdier version. Sadly also has a much larger screw - having used these before I will inevitably catch my thread on it repeatedly.That said I should imagine will last longer than most of the slimmer hoops without being heavy. Arrived quickly, size is correct and I suspect I will get used to the screw size.For the price, can't complain :-)

I didn't convert the measurement from metric to inches properly, so it was much smaller than I thought it would be. However, that's not to take away from the quality and sturdiness of the ring. It's actually a very good product.

Perfect for those who love splinters in their fingers. I haven’t used it on any fabric yet but I’m sure it will damage it. Will prob return it :(
