I have the MOST sensitive skin, and have spent a fortune, for years, trying to find the magic formulas to stop my skin reacting to makeup and cleansing creams/oils. On a passing comment to my doc he advised me to just try giving the fuss a miss and to try a mild, pure soap. He was right ~ I have been using Oliva soap for some time and my skin had become so much less sensitive and reactive. I also only use Clinique Anti Blemish Skin Solutions foundation. On a whim I thought I would try this wash powder for a change, and am so pleased I did. I waited to review this until I purchased a second bottle of it, so I could give a true judgement. I love it. You don't need much, and when applied to wet hands it lathers and works in a similar way to soap, but is less stripping; leaving my skin really well cleansed, but also soft, and not too dry. I suffer no reaction at all and I don't know if it's the Lavender in it, but it keeps my skin calm. I thought the bottle really small when it arrived, but have just received my second order and the first bottle will have lasted me 5 months by the time I start the new one ~ and I am not mean with it when removing makeup. I am very happy to have found this ~ it is such an easy and pleasant face wash to use, and smells nicer than soap. As a powder in a plastic bottle I have to say it is also really good for travelling as it won't spill and is very light to carry. Love it!

This has lasted so much longer than I was expecting, a little goes a long way. I thought it was going to be exfoliating but it isn't at all, once mixed with water forms a gentle lather that isn't harsh or drying on my sensitive combination skin. Also great if you're travelling and don't want to take a liquid. Packaging keeps moisture out so you don't end up with it all clumped up in the container.

Lovely product but it is an exfoliant and not a cleanser! If you are here from tick tock and heard someone used it twice a day - the product in the instruction states to use it once to twice a week. The box does not say this and as the product says 'cleanser', it's easy to think it is a regular daily cleanser. It is a lovely and affordable enzyme exfoliator tho'. Still great for skin (leaves you smooth and clean) not sure about sensitive skin yet I've not used it long enough. However; I have very sensitive skin and so far i love it. It however cannot remove makeup well so an oil cleanser or makeup remover is a good move beforehand :)

I've spent YEARS trying to find a gentle cleanser for my oily, spotty rough skin and I think I've finally found it. It's so simple to use, it's lathers up nicely without being too foamy and drying. I've also noticed that the texture is the tiniest bit like an exfoliator. It's not grainy or rough, I just felt like it was giving my skin a gentle buffing without the harshness of a standard exfoliator. It just felt nice and clean without completely drying it out. The next morning my skin feels baby soft, its calmed my acne and red patches down, and it's not too dry or greasy. I'm so impressed I think I'll be buying the DHC oil cleanser to go with it. Despite being a smallish bottle you don't have to use much so it should last quite a while. Very pleased!

This is perfect. Scentless, so perfect for sentive skin or most people with skin issues. Gentle enough for every day, but does not leave you with any residue or feeling unclean. Step 1: cleansing oil Step 2: powder face wash i literally adore this. it is NOT an exfoliant, FYI. Also travels well - no liquid so no leaking, and no travel restrictions!

Love this cleanser. Just add a little water to the powder & you have a creamy, frothy cleanser which does a great job. Will definitely buy again.

i want to try this product bec. of good reviews but unfortunately i have.a bad reaction with this product tried to used it again before this review but still cause redness and white small pimple the next day I used this product so if you have sensitive skin like.me.just be careful.

I have sensitive combination skin and this product works wonders for my skin! After taking my make up off with a different product I use this and it leaves my skin soft and smooth. I have tried various different products of all different price ranges and this is by far the best one I have ever use regardless of price, couldn’t recommend enough

Tender exfoliation😍

My husband put this in my Xmas stocking (after I'd hinted...). This is such a good facial cleanser - it produces a lush, creamy "lather" and is both effective and gentle. It removes makeup and doesn't seem to dry out my skin. It is perfect for travel but also so good that it's worthy of every day use. I only wish it came in a larger size!

Great product. Easy to carry around without having to worry about spillage as compared to the liquid face wash. Mild and yet cleanse well with two dash of powdered face wash…👍

Le polveri enzimatiche sono quei prodotti scoperta della skincare orientale che a mio parere fanno sempre la differenza per qualità, comodità e efficacia. Questa di origine giapponese è eccezionale. Non solo per il solo discorso di comodità nel trasporto del prodotto e durata di esso, ma proprio per qualità e benefici. Va messa una quantità, circa un grammo o poco meno, sul palmo della mano, quindi si aggiunge acqua (io uso calda perché gli enzimi avrebbero bisogno di calore per attivarsi) e si sfrega delicatamente, da tale azione viene prodotta una schiuma cremosa che va applicata sul viso umido, evitando ovviamente di metterla sugli occhi. Va masseggiata delicatamente insistendo sui bordi naso e sulle vostre zone critiche, nel caso abbiate pelle mista o grassa. Poi si sciacqua, sempre senza farla andare negli occhi, consiglio di eliminarla con panno bagnato o asciugamano prima e poi successivamente fare lo sguazzo a mano. La pelle risulta pulita, fresca ma estremamente idratata, senza alcuna percezione di fastidio. Per ora, ho notato un miglioramento a livello di impurità e riduzione della grana e dei pori. Una elevata luminosità e chiarezza della pelle, nonché levigatezza. È molto delicato, io lo uso tutti i giorni, due volte al giorno, nella fase serale lo faccio seguire all'olio viso di Huangjisoo, che mi serve per eliminare smog, eventuale trucco da occhi e viso e protezione solare,finito questo medito di acquistare l'olio della stessa linea di questo marchio,visto la qualità della polvere. Dato l'uso che ne faccio, non ho mai avuto reazioni di fastidio durante l'applicazione e dopo, nemmeno nei lungo termine. Ritengo sia idoneo ad ogni tipo di pelle, soprattutto mista e grassa, e in particolare in questa stagione, con l'arrivo del caldo è un prodotto non invasivo dal punto di vista percettivo. Si presenta in una bottiglietta di plastica da 50 grammi, con chiusura a scatto utile da portare in viaggio senza rischiare fuoriuscite inutili di prodotto. A mio personale parere, uno di quei prodotti da provare e da non dimenticare mai più. Consegna Amazon ottima e veloce come sempre e prezzo del rivenditore corretto ed onesto.
