Will there be a heat pack in the shipping box to stop them dying from the cold?

I’d advise buying a microscope to check they are alive on arrival. Some retailers package them well but others don’t I’ve had problems with bugs being dead on arrival always check

Are there an expiry dated on these sachets? How long after purchase will they stay active and can be used?

Better to use streight away as in warm weather some die in transit. I found they controlled thrips but dousnt eradicate them but good enough if used properly as an organic alternative to pesticides! I don't store mine I use streight away but can last a while if stored properly you can see if they are alive or not with a magnifying glass or iPhone camera zoomed in 👌

Worked well

I love these as they are a natural way of getting rid of thrips without spraying the plants with pesticides. You don't notice the predator mites, you just notice the thrips have gone, although I didn't have a lot so was easy to get rid of them.

These really do work

These little mites really do work. Be patient, in about 2 weeks your thrips will be outa there. Think big and get plenty. I've used these twice both times worked a treat.

I have tried everything for thrips from this company, also the one I have been advised to buy and it didn’t work like it should I do still need to battle thrips on my plants. Spend fortune on treatment! Not worth it!

Didn’t work at all for me. Dead on arrival.

Checked many many times with 60x and 90x magnification to see if anything ever actually came out of these packets but nothing. I even looked through the contents of a bag and found no dead bugs, nothing but some kind of cereal meal stuff to ‘feed them’ I put them all around my plants but thrips still destroyed everything.
