I bought this because it looked like it would flow better into a tricky crack and line I just got. The videos made it look so easy (I used the Permatex kit before - it was decent). This liquid oozed out as soon as I cut it and yes, I did give it a few taps to try and settle it. When applied it really didn't penetrate at all and began to gel on the blade when I tried to smooth it over to the lines before I even had a chance to put the clear film over it. It was already like cured glue before I knew it!Take it from me, you're better off with the kits that provide the seal and plunger to give it that vacuum effect. This did not take at all. So why the high stars? As I dug deeper into the reviews, it seems the 4-5 stars are for OTHER products mostly. When you ratio the low stars vs high stars for the resin alone, it really ranks maybe 2.5 stars or 3 stars. I find when products do such things, it's a misleading tactic.

My purchase of this product was to attempt to repair my laptop screen which unfortunately cracked. After watching diy on YouTube, made purchase and got to work. Please note that this was NOT USED to repair a CAR GLASS so I cannot attest to that. The end result with my project, application, film and sunlight, laptop screen did not work although the crack was not bad, the Bubbles and jumping cursor did not fix itself with this application. May retry. However, there were 2 very small bottles of resin, some film and instructions but again all targeted to car glass repair. Overall the application is simple if used as intended.

So I dropped my phone and shattered my screen in two corners when it tumbled off my bike. Replacement cost would have been over $300! So I decided to give this a try. It is a great alternative for paying full price for a new screen. My screen has crushed corners with very rough texture like sandpaper and spider cracks that radiate out. I could barely read the numbers behind it.Is it easy to apply and fill in the cracks? It filled in the crushed screen area and smoothed it out. However it did not fill in the hairline cracksDoes it look like new? No, it doesn't but it is 90% better. I can still see waves and imperfections however it is optically transparent.Would I use this again? Yes, if I had a big crack with deep crevices it would fill and smooth it out. However for small hairline cracks it wouldn't make much difference.Overall I would say this is a great alternative to replacing the screen. I saved over $300.

This product did not work at all. It did absolutely nothing but make a mess on my windshield.

Didn't work for me but maybe I did it wrong. Needless to say, I will be needing a new windshield

Repaired a curio cabinet mirror perfectly! When we had to move cabinet, we noticed a crack in the mirror in the back of the cabinet. We wanted to prevent further damage so we took a chance on this product. Very pleased with repair! Don’t even notice crack! Clean up was a chore but we had the cabinet laying across our dining room table, so it wasn’t too bad!

I purchased this on hope of fixing my wife's cracked screen on her phone. The product did not fill in the screen and you can still see the crack. I also tried it on our vehicle windshield, it did not work either. I guess some get good results and some don't. Anyway it was worth a try, but this didn't work for me.
