The instructions say to apply every other day when starting to use this treatment. Are you supposed to remove the polish with remover first every time

I put it on top of the existing coat. I remove it once a week and start over.

I don't see the ingredients listed. Is this free of toxic chemicals?

how often should it be applied? how many coats at one time?

I used it as a base coat and applied just one coat. If my nails seem flaky at the top I will put a second coat on. How often? For me it is just once a week when I do my nails.

The package does not indicate whether it is gluten free or not.
