Pretty easy to swallow, though a bit wide
Item: "SNIPER SHARP Eye Vitamin, Eye Supplement with Lutein, Zeaxanthin, and Meso-Zeaxanthin, Non-GMO Eye Health Vitamins for Adults, Vision Essentials for Complete Eye Support (30 softgels)"~Nutrition facts, since I don't see it in the item images:Lutein10mgMeso-Zeaxanthin10mgZeaxanthin2mgOmega-3 Fish Oil EPAX 1500 TGN:EPA 50mgDHA 250mg~These are a little wider than a standard-sized fish oil softgel, but they're about half the length (maybe a bit more). I found them pretty easy to swallow. They're more like "hardgels" than "softgels", in that they don't really have any give to them. I can feel them going down my throat a bit, so it'd be nice if they were slightly narrower, but at least for me, that sensation doesn't linger the way it does with capsules. I guess that's a personal sensory profile thing, though, so ymmv. They have a scent to them that makes me think of pliable plastic left out in the sun for a while. I've taken another supplement that had the exact same scent (I think it was lemon balm?), so I think it must be from the softgel part rather than the contents. It's not a yummy scent, but it doesn't bother me.The jar came with plastic wrapped around the outside of the lid, and a tamper seal on the inside too. It's also a nice tiny little jar that's perfectly sized for its contents, and it'll probably be useful for other things once it's empty. It's a little over 2.25 inches in diameter, and 2 inches tall. The one I got in May 2023 expires in June 2025.

Pricey supplement and here is why...
$30 is a lot to pay for eye vitamins but the quality of this product is worth the price.Since supplements are not required by law to test for quality and accuracy of the product, it's important to select a manufacturer that 1) uses good manufacturing practices (GMP) an 2) third party tests the batches to ensure you are getting what the product states is included and not getting the things you do not want (contamination, heavy metals, arsenic, etc.).This product does check those boxes for quality. This product is third party test (by the batch so they can avoid packaging the batch if it doesn't measure up), it has clinically tested ingredients, such as lutein. For most people with healthy eyes, there is little evidence to show that eye vitamins will help but for those with signs of macular degeneration, studies show that eye vitamins will slow down the progression of the disease. The reason this product has a very slight fish oil scent is because fish oil is a great source for Omega 3s - a vitamin known to benefit the eyes. Vitamins A, E, C are also noted as good vitamins for reducing progression of macular degeneration and the national Institute of Health also supports Lutein and Zeaxanthin may reduce the progression of macular degeneration in some people.I have noticed less floaters and increased clarity after taking this product for 7 days, but would not say that it makes me anything close to having sniper eyes. It's an easy enough supplement to take and did not cause any stomach issues.

Combination of Good Eye Health Supplements
This eye supplement is chock full of good ingredients such as 10 mg of lutein, 2 mg of zeaxanthin, and 10 mg of meso-zeaxanthin.It has also has 250 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids (50 mg EPA & 200 mg DHA).A little expensive at $30 for a 1 month supply of 30 softgels (recommended daily serving of 1 softgel) but a good combination of lutein, Zeaxanthin, and Omega 3 fatty acids.
