Great value for the price. Great post sell service/ warranty.
I had some experience with the brand, as I had purchased before the A1 and the Black Forest, both great writers. However when I got it, in spite of the great built quality and solid feel when writing, there was an issue with the nib. It looked slightly misaligned and it was scratchy when moving from left to right. I tried re-cleaning the nib, writing a few pages to break in the nib but the issue persisted. I contacted Amazon but they indicated to contact the seller. Upon contacting the seller they offered to send a replacement nib, which arrived in five days from China. The nib arrived without any issues, well packaged. It was easy to replace by just rotating it to the right. Once cleaned and inked it was surprisingly great writing, very smooth, with a lot of ink flow. If there are any updates I will post them here for those who are curious about the durability of the fountain pen.

Superior pen, great company.
Superior Quality, outstanding value! I got lucky and received an old moonman nib. It's a joy to write with. One of the smoothest steel nibs I own. The fulfillment was quick as well. I'll order again.

An okay. nice writing instrument
This pen is nice and the nib is good. However, the pen is a little lighter in weight than I prefer. The piston ink-filling mechanism is clean, not messy. All-in-all, a good value, very nice pen.

Great Value for the Money with a Couple Potential Drawbacks
I purchased this pen to compare its performance and build to my Montblanc 146. In terms of size, weight, and ergonomics, it is nearly identical to the 146 and feels good in the hand. The piston mechanism also operates flawlessly with a very smooth action. One drawback was the out-of-the-box nib performance, which was initially dry and slightly scratchy. However, after adjusting the tines for better flow and performing some minor smoothing and alignment, it has become a good writer. I have been using it as my primary work pen for several weeks with Rohrer & Klingner Salix ink, and it has performed well. One other drawback is that the pen does not post. While the cap slides over the barrel, it fails to secure or 'catch,' making it unsuitable for those who prefer to write with the cap posted.Bottom line: If you are comfortable possibly performing some basic nib tuning and don't care about posting, this pen offers exceptional value for the money.

Great pen for the money
This is a really great value: a piston filling pen with a decently smooth nib (I have one in stub and one in Fine nib) that seems to be very solidly constructed and looks classy. Both of mine write nicely. The stub is smooth, and the fine nib has slight feedback and a little give ( pencil-like, not at all bad).

It’s a leaker
Wanted to love this pen after all the reviews it got. The writing was so nice and smooth very pleasant. But it leaked like crazy.

Does not post!
This style of pen requires that the cap posts; this model's cap falls right off when you try to post it.Well made otherwise and writes smoothly.

Stub nib is superb.
This is a slimmed down version of the Majohn P140. The #6 nib and the proportionally narrow grip and barrel make this a good choice for those who prefer a smaller pen. Stub nib is superb.
