Beta-Alinine
So long as you start on a low dosage you can figure out how much you might need. I have been using it with a combination of BCAA and creatine to get energy back after a workout. I have no idea if this is effective but I've been taking it and not noticed any side effects, just don't start on a high dosage, split it up throughout the day, it says clearly on the pack but I decided to ignore the warning and took 6mg in one go, which made me extremely itchy for 2 hours, so don't do that.

Not a preworkout
Not a preworkout, your body needs to saturate similar to creatine, take 4g a day along with creatine. Eventually the tingles go away. Can tell its real simply by the tingling sensation. Works well for endurance but results take consistent daily use.

Great for getting in extra reps
Like creatine, beta alanine, when taken over a period of time, gives your body a bit more capacity to get through those final reps during your exercise and training routines. Not to be confused with a pre workout though. Also, you may feel your skin tingling 15 to 25mins after ingesting.

Good part of your preworkout stack
A key part of your preworkout stack. Mixes well but tastes vile, but is expected due to its chemical nature. So mix it with another flavoured drink.

Smelly beta alanine
This absolutely stinks. I’m not sure if it’s the beta alanine itself or the packaging itself but I have bought many different brands of beta alanine and never encountered a smell like this which hurts my confidence in taking the supplement. Maybe it’s fine, but doesn’t give a great impression
