Dioralyte
I had a horrible stomach bug or food poisoning, resulting in very sudden and severe diarrhea, last over seven days. Awful! I ordered this product as I didn't trust my gut to behave. When mixed with the water, it does look yucky, cloudy and unappetising, the taste isn't too bad. I was expecting worse. But it helped so much. I drunk two in one afternoon, then one a day for two days... and my diarrhea disappeared.I hadn't heard of Diaoralyte before but if I ever need it again then I will be buying!!

Tasty ORS
Was quite sick, needed to boost electrolytes. Bought this through Prime, came quickly.Standard ORS taste (not too disgusting), easy to dissolve, felt loads better.Recommended!

Nicer than the blackberry and citrus flavours
After previously having bad hangovers, Dioralyte has been a bit of a godsend for me, a glass of this with water when I get home, and no hangover in the morning! I've previously had the blackberry flavour (not too bad) and the citrus flavour (didn't like it at all), and this raspberry flavour is much nicer than either of those. It doesn't dissolve too well and tends to collect in lumps at the bottom of a glass, so best to stir in first before drinking.

Great product
This works very well for rehydrating when any fluids have been lost. This one is palatable too unlike some other drinks available. You need to buy it quickly though as it seems to sell out regularly.

Excellent but buy the correct one!
Why are people saying this isn’t like the other flavours that dissolve easily, do they not read what they are buying? This is Dioralyte RELIEF, not Dioralyte. They both replace electrolytes but the Relief one also bulks up stools quite often eliminating the need for Loperamide. It’s cloudy because of the rice powder in it , this is what bulks things up. The other version just replaces electrolytes, no bulking up. If just taking for this with no diarrhoea buy Dioralyte, if taking for diarrhoea buy Dioralyte Relief.

Taste ok but texture blurrrrr
I hate the taste of the lemon version so thought this would be a better option. It smelt nice, but is not clear like the lemon version. it is chalky and bitty, and as a person who doesn't like BITS in drinks, i was not a fan. Its like a milkshake full of bits of chalk and i mixed and mixed and mixed, and then unless you drink super fast it all settles at the bottom. Giving 3 stars as hydrates well and worth it if you dont mind the yacky bits
