Lovely product which deserves 5 stars but this review is for Amazon service not the product It has arrived without the pump, I didn’t even found it in the box. It can’t be used without it, the entire purpose of this bottle is useless No chance to contact anyone for refund or replacement

Beware contains harmful chemicals. bought this product because I was looking for a natural moisturiser I was horrified when it arrived to scan the ingredients. Several raised flags including Phenoxyethanol, a potential hormone disrupter, allergen, pollutant and irritant as well as other chemicals you wouldn’t expect in a brand marketed as natural. Whether or not these products are out and out carcinogenic or toxic, they have no place in a “natural brand”. I think it’s extremely dishonest to market as a natural skin care brand going for the natural health conscious consumer and put harmful ingredients into what should be a simple moisturiser. Especially a moisturiser! So many natural concoctions are possible. This will be going straight in the bin as it has More alarming ingredients than my Korean skin care I was replacing - which does not market as natural. I think it’s extremely dishonest to market as natural containing these chemicals. Lots of people don’t care about ingredients, but those looking for natural products do , so if you market as natural, your ingredients should be a cut above the rest .

This moisturiser is so bad it's a joke. It feels like a factor 50 sunblock, heavy and not easily absorbed, but the worst thing about it is the awful smell. Its Absolutely foul .. wasted my money, binned immediately..!!

I bought 2 of these moisturisers as I am using this product for long time. But both of these are off and smells very badly!!! On top of this, I have emailed tried to return (same day it got delivered!!!) But amazon just say it's not posible to return or refund anymore!!! How bad is that!?!?

I bought this product to replace my L’Oréal anti fatigue face moisturiser. It was an epic fail. I started developing pimples all around my face after two days of using the product. To avoid disposing it completely, I may turn it into a body moisturiser but never for my face again.

Evil stuff, it is the only moisturiser I ever tried that triggered allergy reaction. Skin flared up within few minutes after I put it on, I washed my face immediatly and stop using it, after 5 days, my skin is still all dried up and a bit itchy, have to rely on allergy tablets to calm it down 😡

This product is not good for combination skin It has dried patches of my skin so badly it looks like it has ‘ burnt’ it in places

オーガニックでは珍しい甘い匂いがして好きです。 少量で結構伸びてくれて、保湿もちゃんとしてくれます。嫌なベタつきもなく使いやすいです。 リピートします。

Smooth and spreads evenly. This has a warm smell of orange or perhaps the jojoba oil contained. Only peeve is the moisturiser at the pump outlet seems to dry out after a month of use, resulting in lesser being pumped out compared to when i first opened it. Only time will tell.

If your on the fence about trying an all natural moisturizer, try this one and it'll change your mind! I've have sensitive skin for years and this moisturizer with it's natural ingredients, didn't bother my skin at all. I don't even notice a scent, has a smooth blend able texture. My skin feels hydrated and nourished. I've been using for over a year and have found nothing wrong with it thus far!
