I know this is technically considered a tank bag. But my yamaha r1 does not exactly have the best gas tank to accommodate a bag. So I went on a mission looking for a slim low profile bag that could be used as a tail bag! Well let me tell you I am 100% beyond happy with my choice. This bag may look small but the storage Is there for sure, I fit my riding gloves, phone battery pack, spare sena 50s, galaxy fold 5, registration, chargers, helmet lock etc in this bag with ease. Looks of it "PERFECT!" not big and ugly sits very nicely and holds my belongs with confidence that everything is there when i stop. If your looking for a tank or tailbag that does not look out of place and fits nicely with the curves of your motorcycle this is the one for sure. Nice as the more expensive bags if not even better in my opinion. Also waterproof even without the added rain cover! Got caught in a bad storm and didnt have time to get the cover on. But to my surprise everything in the bag was dry as could be!! Added plus customer service is top notch! Had a small issue and the seller corrected and handled the issue beyond my expectations! A+++ seller and product!

Great product. mounts to anything, The long straps make it versatile. I like how the base stays on and can remove the bag portion if you are running into store. I would and will be purchasing more for my 4 wheelers.

The straps on this tank bag would not maintain tension, design flaw that could lose your gear or get you in an accident while riding. I would suggest not to buy.

This is much smaller than I expected. I'm not a fan of the phone holder, it is actually too small for the avg size smart phone that already has a protective case on it. That and the clip-on mechanism for the phone is overkill. A few revisions on this from the factory I think would make this tank bag 10 stars. The mounting system harness that straps this to the bike is what caught my interest. The main bag only attaches to that harness with velcro. Remains to be seen how long that velcro will last, but any bag with a velcro backing can easily replace the actual bag portion of this. I wanted something small to replace my handlebar bag. This works great for that and should be easier to access while riding for stashing glasses, grabbing a cloth, a quick snack, etc... without stopping. But the bag is sooo small. Don't expect to stash gloves and/or anything else in the bag at the same time. There is no organization stitched in the bag itself so everything right now just gets stuffed into it like a duffelbag. It did come with a rain cover and carry straps, but if uyou do plan to use them...they fill the entire storage space of the bag. Lol

I like the tank bag with his three separate pieces the base mounts nice and easy just make sure you line up with the gas cap and the tank bag velcros on that the cell phone bag velcros on that a very ergonomic piece of gear I enjoy it

I have been looking at various different products for my motorcycle.Some of these products seemed great, because they were easy on and easy off (they were magnetic). I wondered if they would scratch the tank. The 2022 Yamaha MT-07 gas tank coverings are non-magnetic, not an option for me. But would be an option for 2005 kawasaki Vulcan 2000 Limited.So the remaining alternatives are the tank mounting\locking ring or velcro \ strap mounted.NICECNC is a strap based with a velcro backing. Three main pieces, the backing which is strapped down, The bag for storing simple things, and the phone top.It seems that the zippers have a covering to prevent water from seeping in. Also NICENCE Gas Tank Bag comes with a water covering [Rain Cover] that goes over it.Packaging is a simple and straight forward box with a bag within a bag. Nothing complex with removal.All parts and pieces are packaged within the bag itself.Instructions are basic, kind of disappointing, being on the Geeky side. I would have liked\expected a little more informative directions, with more details.That being said, install wasn’t that complicated, I watched the video here which didn’t explain too well but between the instructions, the video and trial an error, had it installed in a few moments.Recommendations: Mounting the base, I would NOT recommend securing it around the forks (which is what it seemed they did in the video). Reason being, it could restrict the movement. In one of the photos I show where the strap gets taught with the handlebars turned.Next, the “C” hook straps. One end has a loop, the other is the “C” hook. Find a frame rail to loop the strap around, plastics could break or pop off. Leave them loose until all straps are in place to make adjustments to prevent obstructing the gas cap.Usage, removing and putting the base on the Velcro is easy and handy. Working the phone in the phone pocket with riding gloves is complicated and most of the time for me did not work. It might very well be a combo of the glove and the pouch combined for it does work (not as good without the gloves) on its own.RatingsOverall: I gave it a 4 (would have given it a 4.5 if I could), the instructions and the video, while it is well but I feel for some of us there is room for improvement, and the touch screen with riding gloves wasn’t well at all for me. I feel it would be better that I didn’t have to remove safety equipment to utilize. We will see if the Velcro holding the base will hold up over time? But what you pay for, if you get a couple years out of it, it would be worth it.Touch Screen: 3. With riding gloves on, it didn't work for me. Clumsy at best. Functional not at all without having to remove safety equipment.Water Resistance: 5 stars, it hasn’t rained since I installed the product, but between the cover they gave you and the seams over the zippers, I feel confident that there will not be an issue.Quality of the Material: 4. I am putting the touch screen because it is part of the quality. If it didn’t have the seam rubber on the zipper I would have dropped to three.The part that I am most unsure of (YET) is the velcro. Taking the base off and on again and again, in time I wonder if it wouldn’t break down like other velcro does in time.Update: 10/20/2023Have been using the tank bag on the motorcycle for a while now.Have taken off the cellphone pouch off because I don't like the position and the lack of the ability with my gloves off.the straps (extra portion) seems to pull away and tap my leg a lot. At first it was annoying but have gotten use to it now.Worth the money in my opinion.

Hi there!I installed this as a tank bag (using a tank bra purchased elsewhere) on my 2022 KLR 650 and it's a perfect fit! The carry handle loop slips over the gas cap and the 4 buckles fasten it tight to the tank. The size is just right to hold gloves and several other items and the material is completely waterproof. I wish I had this brand for panniers and tail bag! Really happy with this bag.

So this is a great little storage utility for motorcycles. I have a street bike that it doesn't fit my tank. (I didn't read the description before ordering.) However, I can still rate this based upon what it can do. I love the various straps it came with, as well as the detachable features. You can use one pouch (waterproof) for your phone and use it for touchscreen. It has a storage pouch which can be quite roomy. Don't get me wrong, it is small, but necessary for paperwork, snacks, or things you might need. I might see if I can modify it to get it to fit my street bobber. This is a clever invention that I give 5/5 stars.
