I will continue to use pycnogenol along with all of the other healthy lifestyle changes I have made. I am a graduate student and sometimes my workload can be overwhelming. I was starting to get tired often, eat irregularly, and was very irritable. I cannot drink coffee because it is too acidic and I can't handle too much caffeine. After taking thing product, one tablet every morning along with green tea, I felt energized and more resilient to stressors. I have to be on my feet recall newly learned information and lately I feel on point! So I think pycnogenol may help improve cognitive processing.I have conducted my research but must admit there are still some claims made that have not been fully supported with scientific research, yet, overall I feel amazing! So I recommend pycnogenol and encourage optimal health. It is not recommended however for people who have immune disorders since it activates your immune system.

I've been taking Pycnogenols for years to relieve repetitive stress syndrome in my right arm caused in part by an old wrist injury and by heavy computer use for work. Real pycnogenols eliminate the pain completely -- it has to be Maritime Pine Bark. The company I used to buy them from changed the ingredients -- bad deal -- and those stopped working for me. So i switched to Nature's Way, whose products I've always found to be very good, when I saw that the ingredients on these are actually Maritime Pine Bark. They work! I take 100 to 150 mg a day. Not only do they take the pain away, but help my skin and energy level. I suggest only getting pycnogenols that are from Maritime Pine Bark, the true pycnogenol, and keep it pure - no added ingredients. Take 1 milligram per pound of body weight for the first two weeks and then see what happens.

I got this because I saw it recommended for lipedema symptoms. I used the entire bottle, but couldn’t feel or see any difference in my legs. The supplement did not give me any bad side effects. I really didn’t notice anything. The pills are quite small and easy to swallow.So far, the only thing that has any effect on my legs is sleeping; When I wake up and the fluid had drained away, things look better first thing upon waking up. As the day wears on, things get swelled and puffy. I exercise almost daily pretty diligently, but even that hasn’t helped anything and you’d never know it from looking at me, ha.

No man want to admit to ED episodes, it embarrassing.Pycnogenol is not magical, it's not the lil blue pill. But tacking it with L-arginine, DHEA & zinc picolinate has worked for me to truly start solving the problem not just treating the symptom. Within a week I have been able to start achieving erections again naturally. I know that the Pycnogenol & L-arginine specifically work in together concert with each other.From what I have read in what few true medical studies have been done out there, over a months span these have even better results. I will update this over time, but the take away is it works. Heck I have even been waking up with morning wood again.

They definitely smell a bit like pine. But they work like a charm. My chiro recommended them to help with my plantars, they help increase circulation and reduce inflammation. The quality I feel is important and so far this has been a great brand.

I'm using this for "suspected" ADHD in my autistic little boy. Hyperactivity seems to be gone. School just got out so we'll see how he does when he goes back to school. I was trying to split the 50 mg tab in half so I could do half in the morning and half in the evening. They don't break well. So, I'm just doing 50 mg in the morning. It does have a "pine" taste to the tablets, but I actually think that is a good thing. It took him a few times to take them as he didn't like the taste. I love pycnogenol for me, too.
