Q: How is this for getting caught in rain?

I have not been in the rain. I had some water spilled on it and it repelled.

Q: I need a bag that can hold a lot without being bulky, how about this bag？

I carry my 2" notebook, iPad, laptop, two phones, cords, pens, folder, bible and oh yeah, my snacks. On the side I carry my 64 ounce water bottle. I use this as my carry on when I travel by air. I has a hand carrying option and I hook it onto my luggage handle when I do not want to wear it. The straps adjust well to fit my frame. This bag is AMAZING! I purchased on for our daughter who travels a lot. I highly recommend this backpack. It's stylish, class, business and recreational all at one. I am going to buy another one to have the other color. LOL

Q: Is the background on flower backpack black or navy?

Sorry I don’t know. I purchased it in grey. Btw I love this backpack! It’s perfect for traveling. It held all my essentials for my trip and I use it often for school.

Q: would the water bottles hold a 32 oz Nalgene?

Very easily. The packets are very wide, huge. I carry a 64 oz water bottle. This backpack it AMAZING! I purchased on for our daughter. I highly recommend this one.
