I wasn’t sure what to expect from this duvet, but the moment I unpacked the Silentnight Warm & Cosy 13.5 Tog King Size, I knew it was made for proper winter nights. It’s thick, fluffy, and feels instantly inviting, the kind of duvet that makes you look forward to bedtime. Once you’re under it, the warmth builds quickly and stays consistent through the night. There’s no cold spot or draft, just a soft, cocoon-like comfort that makes it hard to leave the bed in the morning. The quality is exactly what I’d hope for from Silentnight. The microfibre fabric feels smooth and durable, while the filling has that perfect mix of plumpness and weight without feeling heavy. It keeps its shape nicely and hasn’t gone flat or clumpy after several nights of use. Even my partner, who’s usually the one to complain about being cold, has stopped stealing the extra blankets. The only slight drawback is that this duvet really does run warm. It’s perfect for cold bedrooms or the heart of winter, but probably too much for warmer months unless you like a toasty sleep. Overall, this is exactly what it claims to be: warm, cosy, and great quality for the price. It has that plush hotel feel without being overly heavy. I have a 10.5 tog single duvet for use in my spare room but the room gets cold in winter so I bought the 13.5 tog version. Even though the additional warmth comes with greater thickness the duvet is still fairly lightweight and really comfortable to sleep under. It is pretty toasty in winter so I haven’t needed to add an extra throw or blanket even when it’s colder in the room. As with my other Silentnight duvet, this arrived tightly wrapped but was easy to get out of the packaging and quickly expanded out to its full thickness. An important feature for me is that it is hypoallergenic, having a synthetic filling rather than a feather one. As I have a friend who has skin allergies, it’s important to me that when they stay over the bedding is suitable for them. I use this in conjunction with a good quality cover and this affords both of us some peace of mind. It’s also machine washable. As you might expect, this 13.5 tog duvet is a bit too warm in the height of summer but it isn’t designed for use in warmer months so is good for use seasonally. The quality is very good with the duvet being well made and even after washing, no clumping in the filling. This seems typical of the wider Silentnight brand. An impressive quality product at a decent price.

Oh my goodness, this duvet is absolutely heaven. It's very thick but extremely lightweight so you don't feel like your pinned to the bed. It's super warm. You definitely won't need any extra blankets on top. I'll holds the heat extremely well. It's like being wrapped in a giant soft puffy cloud, lots of filling. It make getting out of bed much harder in the mornings. It's soooo snug, iv never had such a brilliant duvet before. 100% value for money.

Ich hatte noch nie eine Decke, die so warm und gleichzeitig kuschelig leicht ist. Ich gehöre zu den Menschen, die im Winter am liebsten bei Minustemperaturen im Schlafzimmer schlafen würden - solange natürlich der Körper warm eingepackt ist und man nicht unter der Decke "erdrückt" wird. Das klappt mit dieser Decke hervorragend. Obwohl sie so leicht ist, bleibt alles warm und nichts verrutscht. Und wenn man sich für die 2m-Variante entscheidet, klappt das sogar mit 2 Personen oder auch alleine, wenn man Jemand ist, der nachts gerne im Bett umherwandert oder sich wie ein Burrito eindreht ;).

Ho aspettato un anno per ruscire a trovarlo disponibile!! Lo avevo acquistato singolo per mia figlia..è leggerissimo ma al tempo stesso riscalda velocemente e in un modo incredibile!! E' 15 tog, quindi il più caldo in assoluto, essendo sintetico è consigliabile per gli allergici alla polvere come me e non hai la scocciatura del ripieno delle piume che si sposta nei vari punti creando agglomerati scomodi. Importante: per il letto matrimoniale prendere la misura king, la misura matrimoniale va bene per un letto alla francese. Lo straconsiglio, economico, caldo, funzionale, e pesa pochissimo
