Blue green algae is a wonderful supplement if you want to keep in tip top form. Taken every day it will help to keep colds and flu at bay.

Think it works
This product contains Klamath Blue Green Algae. It appears to be a "super" food and full of goodness according to everything I read on the Internet. Do I feel better for taking it? I am not sure. I was taking a good multivitamin/mineral supplement which this replaces because I made the decision to have more naturally sourced supplements so not sure if there is a lot of change. I feel happier that my supplement has grown in nature and not been manufactured in a lab somewhere.
