I purchased this item to help me do pushups. I am at the beginner fitness level. It does so many things that I did not even think about. I love that it folds up after use and I can store out of the way. It was the easiest product I bought for my home gym to assemble because everything I needed was in the box. Also I was done in less than 1 hour (I have no mechanical skills so it probably took me longer than most). I am well pleased and would recommend. I love it!

The concept is perfect. However, the handles just don't fit correctly. I have tried everything to make the top handles stay tight and stable but they never stay tightened. I don't know if anyone else who has purchased this abdominal machine has had the same problem but I would like to see other people's comments about this item. As I said, the concept is perfect, they just need to work on the handles.

It's great for the price. I'm 220 lbs and almost 5'6 and it works great for me, a little hard at first but definitely works your muscles!! I did 50 reps with breaks in between about 20 at a time and I was really sore the next day. It's definitely challenging but effective.

I am a man of my word and in Amazon reviews, that may not move mountains.In a nation where falsehoods and trickery and more are accepted more and more every day, maybe my word is a neutrino of decency in a flood of worse.But the manufacturer reimbursed me and I said I'd remove my poor review. There's nothing so bad about the product that I am morally compromised by telling you to buy it if you want. And the difficulties with returning the product via FedEx (awful) then via UPS (great) were resolved with the manufacturer.So I'm retracting my warning to steer clear of this product but despite the manufacturer doing the right thing, be sure to be clear with them about the return, get the right labels from them, and there shouldn't be a problem. And, if you like the product, no reason to return.

I'm really impressed with this piece of equipment. The first time I use it, I could barley do one rep. The next day every single muscle hurt! After a few days I did 3 reps, and 3 days off. Now I can do 20 and increasing the height. Best value and I feel stronger and also my lower back feels more stable. Big benefit for a low price. thank you!

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to install. I’ve been promoting this machine because it works. This machine is just what I need in this quarantine time. I normally work out and don’t do abs but with this machine I do over 50 reps in one workout with a goal of 200 per day. I like it, very easy to use. Just hope it last a long time

Cushions were torn upon delivery. Don't think it's gonna hold up to 190lbs

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this machine. Perfect machine, very easy to put together, and the 3 option levels makes it even better to get a great core abs workout done. Highly recommended!!
