Functionally identical to H-shot, visually 98% identical to H-shot, way less $$ than H-shot
Well its a plate with a bit of shape to it, and 7 threaded blocks with tension springs and phillips head screws. As long as the holes are in the right place, its pretty hard to mess up.This one lines up perfectly on the Sterling JP7 and Jacksons I have, though the Jacksons dont have the mounting holes in the same place. The string thru holes are in the right place, so if you line those up and set them with some ~2.5mm diameter screws, you can then drill perfect pilot holes for the mounting screws, put in the mounting screws, take out the set screws, and bam, perfect alignment on a Jackson.ONLY one big caveat - this is cast magnesium, like pretty much all import bridges.... this in itself is fine, but if you have particularly high PH sweat, it will eat away at the finish and then quickly degrade the magnesium underneath if you arent very religious about cleaning after every time you play. This isnt unique to this bridge, its the same with all magnesium hardware. If you dont mind wiping it down constantly, it's well worth the price since it will do essentially the same job as the legendary H-shot.

Great budget alternative to the Hipshot Hardtail.
I really like this bridge, I used it on a baritone telecaster/partscaster build and it worked great. The adjustment is enough to intonate and it has smooth turning screws in the saddles. The finish is nice without any sharp edges, it really exceeded my expectations.

Guitar bridge
Seems like an okay bridge. One thing that is important to do is to make sure it fits your guitar. More specifically, replacing a tremolo bridge (like you typically find on a Strat) with a fixed bridge likely will require a bit of modification.

This bridge rocks!
I bought this bridge as a replacement for the stock bridge on my 7 string Jackson Dinky to replace the very basic stock bridge that came on the guitar. Installation took 30 mins with a re-string. I am very pleased with the fit. The string holes limed up perfectly. I had to center punch and drill pilot holes for the screws as their position was different. The bridge is a vast improvement over the stock bridge. The new bridge a higher mass an gives the guitar better sustain. It also improved the action. I recommend this upgrade.

Much nicer than the bridge on that "entry level" guitar on your wall
I mounts solidly to the body and all the adjustment screws turn smoothly and then stay in position. It's a great bridge for those of us that like to play with kit guitars and to make junkers into truly nice instruments. It's pretty much the bridge you'd get on a mid range axe. Nice, but not a hipshot bridge. Do you really need a hipshot though? all you need a bridge for is setting height and intonation, then you leave it alone. Maybe adjust it when switching to different brand/weight strings. Overall, it's job is to sit there and not move. This bridge does that.

Good bridge
Fits most import guitars. Made with quality material. I've used Kaish products in my shop for a long time now. From simple repairs to complete rebuilds. Their products have never failed to meet or exceed my expectations.

Calidad buena por el precio
El mercado de estos puentes de sillines individuales está muy limitado por lo que está es buena opción pero si se ve que se despintara muy pronto.
