This is a good cooling rack, just right for my silicon cookie mat, neatly filling the shelf in my built in oven. It is robust and has good quality all stainless steel construction. It was good enough that I wanted a second one for the second shelf in my oven. I noticed the ends of the stainless steel rods were smoother on the new one (unlike the first one which needed filing down) so the manufacturer has improved the finish and these can be recommended without reservation.

Over the years I've bought too many of these racks, which I cook frozen pizzas on. I do this because the oven racks are too large to soak in the sink and/or to fit in the dishwasher, whereas this rack fits into the sink and the dishwasher. All previous racks have been chrome plated which in time rubs off or rusts. It's early days yet but I'm hoping this s-s rack will not fail in the same manner? Although this is an American company it's a shame that it says "Made in China", where in the world can one buy home produced products?

Very sturdy and great size for a lot of baking.

This was all that it claimed to be but I ruined so many Victoria sponges because they stuck to this cooling rack. I don't mean slightly - whole chunks of sponge were pulled away by the tiny squares - I'm back to normal cooling trays

Great replacement for an old rusting chrome rack. No more rust, ever!

This is a Fab cooling tray it doesn't bend or become distorted like a few I have had in the past . I use this to cool loaves of bread that come out of my bread maker. I would definitely recommend that people buy this product.

I purchased this as you can use it in the oven and not just for cooling, I've used it to cook a spatchcocked chicken and will also be using it to oven bake my chicken wings and it's well made.

Been searching for this type of gridded rack forever (or that's how it feels) and so glad I found this one. It's sturdy and perfect for roasting marinaded meat without excessive mess or letting the meat stew in the marinade.
