Cheap, precise, lasts ages. Shifts well. Will last even longer if you get rid of the packing grease before fitting it - the grease they ship it in is so sticky it picks up grit from road dust and turns into a grinding paste almost immediately. Soak the new greasy chain in vegetable oil for a couple of hours and the grease will have softened enough that you can mostly wipe it away with a cloth, then get rid of the rest with some degreaser. Let it dry, fit it to the bike, then oil it so there's lubrication in the rollers between the links of the chain. Give it a quick wipe to take the rest of the oil off the outer links, they don't need to be lubricated. Job: done

In just three months it was completely rusted. And my bike was keeping inside all the time. It was a rainy season, but still. At the end it was not stretched but not having any anti - rust treatment makes it not much worth. For an emergency it's good, but not for a long term or if you cycle in a country like the UK where it's raining all the time.

New to the mtb game but it's better than my last chain

Use this in my turbo trainer bike so can’t really comment on longevity. Having said that, it’s not missed a beat and all I do is top up the wax.

I mean, why buy anything else? Bought another chain 2 weeks ago for the wifey bike and can’t believe i did not see this one since it is cheaper and SRAM! Now i know

Molto fluida e silenziosa, come durata è leggermente superiore alle altre marche. Il peso qualcosina in meno rispetto le altre catene della stessa fascia di prezzo ma al prezzo di acquisto che l'ho presa è insuperabile. Consiglio a pieni voti, per me Sram è una garanzia.
