A very bright and long lasting rear light, lots of modes and an undern Wth light which shines on bike, cannot be missedA great product !!

Bright, shines on the floor strong.
Since using this light, I've noticed improved a difference from vehicle drivers keep their distance from me more cautiously, it's bright, especially when breaking. However it doesn't last that long (2-3 hours and depends on the mode used. I've been using fairly high brightness on average), so I bought a second one as a backup. If they were to do a newer version of this, I would recommend they drastically increase the battery size

Bright little light!
My dad bought this as he wanted a nice bright light for the back of his bike and it is a VERY bright light! Smaller than he thought but way brighter than he expected!

Brilliant light, poor / faulty battery
I love night riding and this has been my absolute favourite rear light design so far. It has been paired with my much loved MagicShine RN3000 front light and I also use the RN1500 on my helmet so I hate to give this thing a poor rating but it has been very unreliable. My thoughts when it works:I love the compact design and the unique lower glow light really makes me feel extra safe and visible on the road in the dark. Cars seem to give a wider berth because you kind of look bigger than you are with the surrounding red glow. The smart mode is my favourite and enables you to set and forget, ready to just reach down and turn on without scrolling through modes. The braking mode works well but it uses a heck of a lot of battery so I only used it once. Maybe my particular unit is the issue there. The seatpost strap mount is perfect for my bike and the light easy twists on or off the mount so you don't have to awkwardly unstrap it every time you remove it like some other lights. The battery however...It has issues holding a charge. A few times within the first month I had it go into power saving mode and promptly die after less than 5 minutes of use from a full charge (showing green light). I was a few days past my Amazon return window but fortunately, I thought, the issue seemed to disappear.Things were probably not 100% though and after a couple of months of further use, I am lucky to get much more than about 30 minutes runtime in the smart mode. I am constantly worrying about it dying and always reaching to turn it on and off to save battery for busier roads which is far from ideal. It would be a 4.9 rating light if the battery worked properly and if there was a V3 of this thing, a bigger battery capacity in general and a USB C charging port would make it 5.Edit: I see there is now a USB C version.

Illuminating rear cycle light, with game changing feature!
The media could not be loaded. What a very well designed bike light! With a great game changing feature! The build quality is great including the post mount and under saddle bracket (which I use), keeps it nice and neat. It's easy to cycle through the different lighting modes, you can have the main light in one of the many flashing or solid modes and the underneath dome lens the same. If the main light is on one of the flashing modes then the dome lens will be solid or vice versa. I keep the dome lens solid as this is the game changing feature, it casts such a large area of solid red beam of light underneath the cyclist, giving you a big box of red light underneath your bike. Improving safety and making you far more visible, it's a great design feature! One of my work colleagues bought one as soon as he seen mine, as a few of us commute by cycle. A really great cycle light.

Really bright and the brake light part is very good
This is blindingly bright, so you can lower the brightness and get a longer battery life.Various modes will make you visible even in daytime and as for night time watch you don't blind the people behind you.It is easy to fit with the ubiquitous rubber band style fit but it is a shame there is no clip to hold it onto the clip on saddle bags, that would be a real bonus.Probably the best rear light I have had to date, with it being so small it is not the best on battery life but as above, turn it down and it will last not too bad.

Its blinding, literally.
The media could not be loaded. I would not believe that a rear light for a bike could be so bright. This very small light, easily charged and attached to the rear of a bike really throws out the light. To the rear a continuous red light and below a blinking red on and off light. This can be seen for a very long way off at night and even during the day.Easy to charge with the USB cable it comes with

Dry rides only
Like a fool, I bought another after sending one back nearly 2 years ago. Same problem, got wet, died.
