There is much rubbish written about Wilhelm Reich, a great number of inaccurate books and articles that often seem to almost go out of their way to distort or misrepresent Reich's own writings and work. Thankfully this volume stands in contradistinction to them by presenting (a) a lucid and accurate overview of Reich's life and work, (b) an important section putting Reich's work into historical context, (c) a clear explanation of orgone theory, with concrete supporting evidence & citations, (d) everything the lay-person needs to construct various orgone accumulating devices and store & use them safely in an experimental manner. There is a vast wealth of information in this well written and presented book and it cannot be recommended highly enough.

Would recommend this guide to anyone interested in the science of bio-energetics. There's nothing really mysterious about it - as the author points out, it's been observed by countless millions of people (including myself) but largely ignored or marginalised. There are clear and concise instructions for practical ways to appreciate the reality of orgone (a form of 'prana') which require minimal DIY skills: merely patience and a little common sense. An excellent book in every way, and a must for those who want to get down to brass tacks or who wish to extend their awareness of another aspect of our physical dimension.

Superb and fascinating insights into Reich's life and search for alternative energy

Really enjoyed this book, one that I will read again. It has certainly opened my eyes up to Wilhelm Reichs works. James has dedicated his career to this field and it is gives the reader clear evidence that Orgone Energy is something that can be harnessed given the right conditions.

Got more then I was though was coming

The Orgone Accumulator is the best stuff Humanity has ever had to get rid of all the degenerative illnesses that affected its members and to grow organic food rapidly and safely thanks to the genius of Wilhelm Reich.

I had a copy of this book years ago which I loaned out and never saw again. Now I will tell people where they can buy their own copy. Orgone works. I have made several Orgone blankets for myself and others. They are an amazing tool. Looking forward to trying some of the other projects detailed in the book.

In de originele versie stond nog geschreven over de cloudbusters en het positieve effect daarvan op de omgeving. In deze versie wordt het als onzin afgeschilderd. Begrijp daar niets van. Wie zorgt voor zoiets?
