Guitar Hero Live with Guitar Controller (Nintendo Wii U)

10 yr old son received for Xmas. Hadn't asked for it and although he loves music, plays drums etc initially he wasn't very interested - I think he's used to mastering games very quickly so ignored the 'basic' setting so the crowd jeering put him off. Changed the setting from 'casual' to 'basic' and he started to find his groove. By the end of Xmas day - this was his "best present". The graphics are brilliant with videos of the bands and crowds that respond to the quality of your playing. Great sense of achievement when an audience member comes up to play air guitar with you. As you start to improve you get to unlock new tracks .......If you're new to this kind of play definitely start with 'basic' and get familiar with how it works. There's lots of positive feedback to keep you going including 'note streak' which counts the number of strums / note you got right a row .... day two and he's unlocked new tracks and it's "awesome". Thanks Nintendo & Activision for producing a new type of game for the Wii U - you've extended the console life in this household for some time to come ....... more please!

It's good, makes an interesting change from previous installments

It says it is pal version but inside I found ntsc disc so I could not play it on wii u bought in UK. Waste of money and time

Love what they’ve done with Guitar Hero - the live action of the crowd and the interaction with your other band members is brilliant and has really brought the game up to date with a cool new look. The kids are having an absolute blast playing this, so I haven’t had chance to have a go with the re-designed controller yet - but it looks more like a real guitar and has different functions / frets (instead of just the colour coded buttons on previous versions). You get a tutorial (with your very own roadie) at the beginning to help you use the guitar properly - It’s made the game a bit more challenging, but kids and dad are having a LOT of fun.

As a big fan of previous guitarhero games i was really looking forward to this one. Sadly i was let down by less music, and not a great song list. Also the guitar and its new layout doesn't work as well. And personally I don't like the online part of the game.

I love this! And even though I am always booed off stage it's brilliant, the reaction of the crowd, the songs, the buzz! So much fun on your own or with friends.

There needs to be a disclaimer on this stating that you cant access the full game due to Activision shutting down the games online servers

En el título pone 2 guitar bundle, es decir: paquete con dos guitarras. Pues bien, me llego una. Contacté con el vendedor y me comentó que el "2" hace referencia a que es el Guitar Hero Live 2, cosa que es mentira, no hay tal juego. Simplemente van a pillar. Muy sucio y Amazon debería tomar cartas en el asunto.
