Works great! No issues!

I bought two of these several months ago. When I first used them, they seemed fine. But within a few weeks, they just seem to cycle power nonstop. My laptop screen constantly flashes on & off because it is switching from battery to the AC adapter & back again. I tried different cords, different outlets, different locations entirely in case the first place just had spotty power but nothing works. They might be okay for charging my laptop when not in use but I cannot use them when actively working on my laptop at all. I would have returned them but missed the returns window (which is my own fault). When looking at them, they have a sticker on the back that says "AC ADAPTER" but if you pull that off, it says ASUS underneath & is marked exactly as the factory power supply I received with my laptop. I'm thinking these might be QA rejects that got packaged & sold as an off brand? If I had just ordered one that did this, I'd assume I got a singular bad one, but since both of them are like that, I'm guessing these just aren't great quality.

The description should indcate this ac adapter is an exact replacement for SG32UQ 160hz Asus 4K monitor. This is the only one I found for sale in the USA, all the others are from China. This size of the barrel jack fits the same as the jack on the original supply. Other sellers off a similar transformer and claim it's the replacement but the input is 2.0 amps. The original AC adapter has the input of 2.5 amps, which is the same as this transformer provides.

This power adapter is a direct replacement for my original ASUS laptop power adapter. The power rating and the plug fit perfectly and securely. Charging time is about the same as my OEM adapter, but it costs much less and work the same. Highly recommended.

Don’t waste your time. Charger works intermittently. Some times it charges, and other times it won’t charge at all. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. :(

Bought this for my Asus gaming laptop because my charger stopped working. Was worried it wouldn't work because it isn't the same charger but works great.

My desktop gave out on me after being faithful these last few years. It was expected. Had to pull out my old gamers Asus laptop I use to do work on. Still a nice laptop, just something I don't use because of how bulky it is... but it's expected, a gamers laptop so yea.Anyhow, this fits and works perfect. I didn't have a issue potentially getting the wrong one, as I knew what I was looking for. What I loved was, it came with a extra size input cord that goes directly into the laptop for people who may have most likely made a slight mistake. So you definitely get your money worth.Charges and keeps it charged. I can't tell you what battery life is like. As I've mentioned this laptop is a 2020. The battery dies quickly and I have no urgency to go and get it replaced. I use this plugged up to the charger as a temp until I get a upgraded desktop.Sorry I couldn't help in that area, but it is a great charger. Not as heavy as the original it would come with, but works the same.
