Had a minor bug with combination.
Got the rfid one. So far the only problem I had was minor. complaints in the reviews mentioned that the combination doesn’t except it the first attempt I assumed it probably needed a extra button press before entering your code just to wake it up that was wrong after about 15 idle I had to enter something random until it flashes red before putting it the correct code. However after resetting device to default before changing the code to a new one it now accepts every time. I reset to default after testing a few odd rfid pairings. I wanted to see if I could pair other rfid chips instead of the ones it came with. Strangely enough it actually paired with a Nin. switch figurine with a nfc base. The button and error sound can be disabled by holding 1 for a few seconds. For some complaints about buttons not lighting up it may need to be turned on or charged holding 4 turns the electronics on and off. Seems sturdy I don’t have use for the security cable so I can’t really say anything about that. Short of using a screwdriver or crowbar to pry it open it doesn’t seem to open as some have mentioned without code/key/or chip.

Worth it
There are a couple design flaws, so Ill give it a four star rating. Otherwise, its been a great investment. Its strong, reliable, easy to use. I needed something quick and cheap, and I'm sure I'll have this for as long as I'm alive. I will upgrade to something else Im sure because of technology, but I'll ise it for something. One issue I had was the light. It sits under the padding so it doesnt light the entire safe very well. I cut a square on the underside of the lid where the light its most directlt. I then put reflecive alluminum inside the insert, and the light reflects beautifly. Also, the hinges for the lid are a little lose. I adjusted a lottle bit but they are set by pins that won't tighten. I suggest the designers incorporate a reflective side to the lid or sell something to upgrade the safe. I also added another layer of padding to keep my firearm and reserve ammo from slidding but thats a preference.

This gained back 2 stars
So, this safe has lots of good but one MAJOR bad. The major bad is that the code does not always open the safe the first time. I’ve charged it multiple times and tested it and it’s the same thing. It seems to only have this issue after not being opened for more than 8 hours. This issue originally garnered it 2 stars. However, it gained two back with its construction (all metal), space (P320 compact with plenty of room for a full size or another compact), included cable for securing it, pre drilled holes, and key for opening. The key is thick and the locking mechanism feels quality with a nice haptic click when opening. For someone that will be relying on the key pad maybe pass this up but just know there are a lot of other good features that make this a decently quality safe.

Reliable
Biometric feature is reliable and consistent. Good value. I have other safes that are considerably more expensive and are not as reliable as this one.

Bought two of these and had a lot of trouble with both
I bought two of these, not because they are inexpensive, but because they would fit in a custom install for my vehicle's center console, and could be charged without replacing the battery. Take this for what it is worth as I am a tinkerer and a hobby machinest, so most people wouldn't go as far as I did to make an inexpensive lock box usable. The first one seemed to work OK, but it kept closing but not locking closed. I took the mechanism apart and could see that the tip of the lock would not quite catch the locking mechanism to lock. So it would look closed, but you could just open it back up without entering the code as it wasn't really locked. I took it apart and added a little mig bead to the lock mechanism and filed it down to an appropriate shape so it was a little longer and it locked properly, (had to ad a little less than 1/8" to the tip). About 1 in 7 times you put the code in it would make a strange noise and not open, if you ran the key fob or code again it would open fine the second time. So good enough for most use, but maybe not a self-defense situation. I still use this one to lock up spare keys in the entry way, as the occasional fail to open is not an issue in this scenario. The second one locks reliably when you close it, but 50% of the time it makes the same noise as the first one, and does not open the first time you try it. Second time you enter the code it works fine. I use this one to store passports and other sensitive things in my nightstand, where entering the code twice to open it is not that much of pain.I ended up finding another more reliable safe with the same dimensions on Amazon. It was less expensive but completely reliable for opening quickly, it does requires you to change the batteries and open it with a key when they are dead. So a pain to check for dead batteries every week, but it fit in the same custom install and will open reliably for emergency use, its my new Friday morning routine :)Not impressed with this one for its intended purpose, if you don't mind having to enter the code multiple times to access contents, and maybe get a bad one you have to exchange, it does work pretty well.It does fit well for even my larger guns (1911, Glock 34 fit but not Glock 34 with a compensator on it).

Great Safe
I have tried several other small safes that I mount in drawers, and they just were not satisfactory. The Wincent Biometric was easy to program, works like a charm, and the best features are the lid springs open so you do not need to mess around trying to open the safe when the time comes. It also has an interior light when the lid opens. The construction is much sturdier than others, and this is definitely worth the few extra dollars.

Keeping my family safe
Really like the fingerprint reader. I have a 6 year old and it's cool knowing I can keep my weapon in the safe next to my bed and he can't get into ut.

In love with this!
I absolutely love this little thing.Perfect for the night stand drawer.I chose the one with a code instead of the fingerprint, simply because I wanted anyone that I wanted, to have access to it even if I wasn't there.
