It's my favorite tea.The flavor, once you brew it, is surprisingly smooth but also very flavorful. It's such an enticing drink that even kids like to have it with a little bit of honey and cream. It's perfect to have with a bite of Dutch speculaas on the side, too!The leaf is large and so are the peach pieces so that when you use your own tea colander or ball you don't end with a lot of loose leaf in your cup. This company has never disappointed me as a choice for organic teas. This makes for a good alternative, however I find the ginger taste prevalent when the tea is hot (the peach is there, just less noticeable IMO). To fully enjoy the peach I would suggest that you let it cool down a little. Not what you might want if you, like me, enjoy your tea boiling, but hey - something to consider if you are not.
