Solid rack for lifting, but quite a gamble on the condition on arrival.
Looking for a highly affordable solid rack? No need to look any further. Don’t let the low-price steer you from looking closer at this rack. You can save hundreds of dollars over a similar Rogue rack by picking up the Signature Fitness rack. I have had it for a few months and though I could love it a lot more, I sure do like this big guy.The westside spacing is a great feature. You can get the bar placement exactly where it needs to be. No compromise with spacing on this rack. It does not wobble, not at all. But l’m a small guy. I squat all of 180 so I’m not racking 300 in this puppy. Very secure rack all around.Hard to find anything wrong with this rack. The safety arms are the perfect length, 18 inches, I think. I feel very secure walking the weight back and having the safety arms there. There are numbers on the holes of the tall rails making changes between exercises easy peezy. I wish the pull up bar was a tad higher. I am 5’ 11” and to do chins I have to bend my knees to get my legs off of the floor. Oh well. You adjust. As you can see from a picture, the outside of the shipping box was very secure. Holy cow, was it ever. I was shocked to see that the pieces inside of the box were tossed in willy nilly. I could not tell any damaged existed until I pulled the pieces of the box. Scratches everywhere as others have noted. Some quite long. Both ends of the pull up bars were cut open. It’s only a matter of time before these come apart since I am using that bar a few times each week.I also had a lone screw rolling around the inside of the box. Come to find out that this screw was from the bottom of one of the J-hooks. No way could I get that screw back into its hole. With all of the damage on delivery I contacted Signature customer service and told them everything. I also asked for the exact color and the make of the red paint so I could cover the scratches. The rack is in a spare bedroom, not my garage. I wanted to keep my wife happy since she made several comments about a new rack in the house being so jacked up.I was sent a replacement pair of J-hooks, though the first ones were not the correct size. But they fixed that right quick. I heard from someone at Signature that he was checking into the rack color but I never heard back, even after gently reminding them of my request a second time. How can you not know the make and the color of the paint of your own rack?I was also told that they are not able to provide replacements for both rubber handles on the pull-up bar. It doesn’t take away from how the rack works. It works fine. It just looks like it was rode hard and put away wet out of the box. And of course, my wife doesn’t like this very much.I really wanted to purchase the half rack but I won’t for fear of how the condition of that rack might be in on delivery. We are making due with the scratches and the ripped pull bar handles, so why “hope” that the half rack will arrive undamaged. I mean who sends back a giant item like this?Definitely a 5-star rack. Customer service was less than desirable (not getting back with me on the paint) and the condition of a brand-new rack was also less than desirable. I so wish that I could rate this rack 5 stars and also purchase the ½ rack but sadly, I cannot.Know all of the above before you place the order. Know that you are getting a solid rack for a great price, but also know that the condition of the rack may be less than desirable and with the rack so heavy, you will not want to send this guy back. Wishing you good luck!

All around great - price is just icing on the cake
Unlike other reviews this was well packaged. Just a few small scratches, but that comes with the territory of ordering something like this online . No dents in product. Being 6’7”, I did have to lower the black crossover piece with the signature fitness logo on it(normally attached at the top), to allow for the j hooks to be up high enough to squat. Overall, I would highly recommend if in the market for a well-priced 11gage rack.

Not the quality described by manufacturer ...(or is it? UPDATE 10/22)
**Update 10/30/22 - I've been using this rack for a few months and it has been really excellent. I've added accessories and had some positive interaction with Signature Fitness. I've upped my review from 1 to 3 stars. I really love using it for skwaats , bench press, press and for doing pull ups.The included jhooks are fine but I mis-racked a bit after some heavy skwaats and opted to add a set of Titan roller jhooks . These fit well and are a great improvement. The original jhooks I still use for benching as they are easier to clear. I also added a dip bar from Titan and the half rack plate storage from Signature Fitness.I no longer regret my purchase and if they have corrected communication and shipping issues I would recommend this rack**This squat rack promises a lot. It seems to work well. There are issues. Some of those issues include questionable materials. The uprights look like they were corroded prior to painting. The paint has areas that look like it came from a can . The pull up bar has some play where the bolts attach it to the cross member. I suspect that the bolts will bend and the play will get worse with time .The bends in the pull up bar cross member are asymmetrical and these asymmetries skew the other angles of the rack. On mine it means the holes of the two uprights don't line up. It doesn't make it unusable but the manufacturer doesn't respond to their support email. Their phone was disconnected.**SF customer service did finally reply by email but had no remedy for the bent pull up bar but to contact Amazon for a return. It took a long time to get this and the package was too large to be received at my post office. The post office people were aggravated and chewed out the driver. I had to meet the amazon guy at a local parking lot to get the rack from him. He deserved a tip for being in the middle of this so I gave him one. I also spent money on a month gym membership when shipping delays indicated I'd taken down my old home made gym 3 weeks too early. The package was damaged and the racks paint was damaged as a result. The paint isn't that big of a deal in light of the skewed posts and generally poor quality control. The issue here is that shipping power racks is not a trivial part of the business and the company that sells these seems to be taking profit in shipping , quality control and customer support. If the company was responsive with support I might still recommend this rack. . Without customer support and with the manufacturing an shipping issues, I do not recommend purchasing this rack. I regret my purchase .All that being said, I was hoping I could get name brand quality for less than half price. This rack is store brand quality for a little cheaper but without the support.

Quality and Price
So far I have about 700 pounds on it and it feels very sturdy. It would have been a 5 star review but their was some scrapes and dings on it. Overall it is extremely good value for the money.
