I bought this a year ago and it's still working great now. I've dropped it, accidentally had it upside down in my bag, and it just does not leak! Keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold - during the summer I top it full of ice and make iced coffee, and the ice will last the entire work day.The rubber seal around the lid comes off so you can clean that easily. I tend to use a straw brush to get into any potentially fiddly bits, but honestly this is easy enough to clean with a sponge even if you're blasting it with hot, strong coffee daily.I went for the larger size and you can fit a lot in there. Great for if you go to a cafe and ask for a small size and they just fill it all the way up.Rubber base is great for gripping any surfaces you put it on as well - I'm clumsy and will accidentally knock things but it feels very solid if it's on a desk. Even if you knock it over, though, if you have the lid on properly and the top snapped shut, you don't have to worry about any spills.

Really nice and kept my drink hot for ages. It did leak slightly but was a good size and fit, and the taste wasn't affected. Sturdy Metal build.

Very effective at retaining heat, this size is ideal for a large coffee in Greggs, and it saves me 25p each time I use it ... so far about 20 times, so that's £5 saved, cup cost me £10, so I've already recouped half the cost of it and there is also the benefit that the coffee is still hot (not just warm, hot) after my walk home from the shop, about 10 minute walk, in the cold. In their throw away cup it would have been cold.The other points to make is that it is easy to clean, the seal is easily removed to clean properly and it does not leak.An excellent purchase

Love this coffee mug, looks good and keeps your drink hot for a long time. Only slight issue is the bump that blocks the small hole does hit your nose, but it’s a minor grumble and not enough to stop buying a 2nd one

Excellent, leakproof and keeps drink hot for a long time, easy to hold especially if you have restricted strength and movement in hands.

Not dishwasher safe :( other than that kept my coffee hit from 10.30am to at least 2pm before I finished it.
