Great device - great value. All flash owners should have one of these - a very "portable" diffuser that goes a long way relative to using the naked flash.

Perfectly competent, quite cheap, good fit so you won't lose it. More robust than a handkerchief and an elastic band! I could have paid much more for slightly better transmission characteristics, but this does the job in most situations I've tried so far and doesn't affect the colour temperature one degree.
