Useful for TV projection.

This works great to mirror the display of my Samsung tablet to an HDMI projector. Just ensure the dongle is in Miracast mode, and click SmartView on the Android 7 pulldown. I ran a Powerpoint presentation seamlessly from my tablet without glitch, and this is the way to go.The only niggle is that the dongle is USB powered, so if your projector has no USB socket, you'll need to carry a phone charger plug and cable. If there's no available mains power near your projector, you're stuffed.

Is adverstised as windows miracast compatible but this is totally not the case. With a bit of luck you can project your screen (in bad quality) for a short time. You have however no moise pointer, the transferring is real laggy and the second screen often crashes. It's totally not usable.I think this explains why this is one of the only dongles that is advertised as windows compatible.

Bought it because I needed one device to be able to mirror both Android (PIXEL 2) and IOS screens. Doesn't work with my Pixel 2 XL as it uses Miracast and Pixels only support google chromecast I found out later.. Had to revert to apple TV which will mirror both but is way more expensive.

I love it,my kids also love it. and it does as it describes. High quality as I expected and easy to find out how to use according to the introduction of the product. I can now see whatever I have on my phone on a large TV screen. I looped it so no matter when you decided to watch it you would never miss a picture of them and their lives together. You can do so much with this, it makes life much easier.

It wasn't as good as I expected, no Netflix, channel 4 and BT sport, but it does mirror games to a bigger screen making it a very unique product so definetly a good device to have. Set up is quite complicated, but once you get it going it works really well for BBC, ITV and Utube
