Works like new!
It is more scary than difficult to replace the battery. I watched 3 different videos and I searched by the full laptop model number (HP 15 EF) and went slow and easy. My laptop run on the battery for hours now, not minutes.

Perfect fit battery
The package included all necessary tools to crack open the case and to remove the battery. The instructions were very clear, but I did watch a couple of videos first. I highly recommend following the initial battery charge and recharge instructions in order to develop the best charge. Excellent replacement
It takes a little effort to replace this battery. One must remove the back cover with a screwdriver. Unfortunately, the battery I ordered was faulty and failed within a few weeks. I contacted the company and to my surprise, they got right back to me and sent me a new one free of charge! It has been working great now for months. I highly recommend this product.

Affordable quick alternative
Worked for my HP!! The computer itself had lots of screws but it came with all I needed. Will update as I use it but it works!

worked well at first
This battery fits my HP laptop. Installation is a pain because unlike previous laptops, you have to take the whole thing apart. There are YouTube videos to help. I got it installed and it worked well at first, powering the computer for a few hours before needing to be plugged back in. But here I am 8 months later and when the battery gets to just above half full, the computer suddenly shuts off with no notice at all. You might wish to try another brand.11/13/24: It is now shutting off at 85%. Just last week it lasted a couple hours and a notice popped up with a low battery warning. Also my mouse isn't working right so I think the battery is swelling.11/20/24: Still waiting on warranty replacement, meanwhile I can't unplug the computer at all because it shuts off within a few minutes while battery still shows 92%.
