Looks like a great product but my pot came bent and looked like it was not new.
I like the system but I think it was opened by someone and the bottom of the pot where it locks in to the burner is bent and has a crack, can you please send me a new pot, or should I return the whole system?

They work, but they are cheap
Donโt try anything other than water or coffee , it burns to the bottle even at lowest possible setting

Love it
I have a separate stove for cooking with pans, and you can do certain things in this as well but what it really excels at is boiling water quick and efficiently. Pretty much with all the freeze dried food you will need boiling water and this makes it a breeze. You can boil the water in there and drop the contents of the package directly into the cup seal it Wait the appropriate time and you're ready. It is very similar to the jet broil if you are familiar with that brand.

easy to carry
This portable camping stove is great for the backpacker. It is lightweight and easily portable. It is ideal for cooking for one on a backpacking or camping trip. I love that the "pot" has a handle for easy holding after your are done cooking. It has really met our needs in a big way for being such a small item.

used as an emergency way to make some cup of noodle! Helped me in a pinch!
Didn't plan on testing this at work... but luckily I had it with me in my car with my other camping gear that night.Had to do an overnighter at work, and suddenly the power went out around 1am. No power to heat up water or make food. had to wait for the build to get power back.luckily for me i remember packing my camping gear for a trip i'll be taken that weekend, and happy i did.I had all my dry goods to cook with and gallons of water. I had a bag of Shin ramen with me and some dried shitake mushrooms in my pack. The noodles didn't fit unless i broke it in half so it will fit with the cup provided with the stove. It took roughly 10-15mins to cook, but during that time i stayed warm and alert. The food was eating out of the cup and it kept the food HOT throughout my whole meal which was a plus. That night the power never went back on and i left an hour after my meal, but it saved my butt that night and it worked perfectly for that night task.5/5 stars!

Camp stove w/ heat exchange pot
Since my first foray into camping stoves a couple years back, I've tried a number of different options available on the market, from small brands like this one to big names like MSR and Jetboil.I can safely say that by far I prefer to use cookware like this one, with a heat exchanger, over a flat-bottom cookware. The major tradeoff for the extra fuel efficiency is that, since more heat gets transferred into the pot (and subsequently into the contents), it's a lot easier to burn whatever you're cooking.I have, and would recommend the purchase of, an adapter to use 1lb propane canisters instead of isobutane canisters. I have a few refillable 1lb propane bottles that I keep in my car and use with my camp stoves, and it works great with this stove just as it has with all the others I've used.Specifically diving into this stove model, two things bug me where it would otherwise have earned five stars:-Turning the gas up to the highest setting will set the cozy on fire. Take care to modulate the flame so that doesn't happen, or remove the cozy. It's got a Velcro-style fastener so it's easy to remove.-The stove instructions specifically say not to use the burner with any other cookware. With other heat exchanger camp stoves, I've seen them include an adapter for flat-bottom cookware. Since this doesn't have that option, you're limited to only cooking in one pot. There are also some things this one does well, which made it difficult for me to only give four stars:-Lights consistently with the first click, every time. I haven't had it fail to light yet.-Stays lighted even in the wind, even on very low settings.-The stove locks in place, stays connected, and can be reasonably carried by the pot handle even while cooking.-The soft plastic/rubberized lid performs double duty, helping to boil faster and keeping your finished drink warm while allowing you to sip without worrying about spills.I do like the stove, and would probably buy it if I needed a camp stove and found this at a reasonable price compared to others on the market.

Boils Water Fast.
if you are someone who boils water for camp meals or hot beverages, this is one nice little stove. It is too hot and difficult to control heat to heat up a can of chili without it burning and sticking. I boiled hotdogs, made ramen and other pasta meals perfectly though.
