I don't often write reviews but I'm overjoyed with this £15 part!! It took about 90-120 mins end to end including removal and refitting of the headunit in our SEAT Alhambra. Quite a lot of disassembly is required but it was easy enough - there are plenty of how-to videos on YouTube. Touchscreen is working again 100%. Fantastic product - highly recommend!

Bought this for my VW Jetta 2016 as the screen wasnt working anymore. If your gonna diy it, look up a video and get your self a precision screwdriver set and you'll be good to go. Is quite easy to install! Screen is now fully working again!

Used to replace my Skoda yeti radio/phone screen. Fabulous when you have a friend to fit it. Cut out the dealer who would have cost a fortune. Great value for money.

Works perfectly repaired my screen in less than an hour all working as it should agian

Followed YouTube clip step by step. Fitted with no problems. Seems to be working perfectly and expected. I was being quoted hundreds of pounds for a repair and into the thousands for a replacement unit, so certainty worth pursuing this option. Nothing too tricky to replace it. Just a bit of patience needed and a set of torx precision driver bits (I bought these for £8). New touch screen fitted on top of (cleaned) existing touch pad - works fine.

Çok iyi paketlenmiş bir şekilde geldi. Kendi aracımın (2017 VW Beetle) dokunmatik panelinin üzerine monte ettim. Çalışıyor. 30.000 TL tamir için ücret istemişlerdi. Kendim 1000 liraya yapmış oldum.

J’ai retrouvé le tactile ! C’est l’essentiel 👍🏻 Avec un bon tuto YouTube et de la patience, nul besoin de changer tout l’écran ! Puisqu’il se pose sur l’ancien tactile.Le plus technique est finalement de sortir le poste de son emplacement sans rien endommager sur la voiture ( Beetle Dune 2017 - Option Fender )

Display van de Discovery Media in de VW T6 weigerde op bepaalde momenten dienst. Na een reset van het systeem werkte deze wel weer. Eerst denk je dan aan een softwarefout, maar uiteindelijk bleek toch het touchscreen de boosdoener. Dit euvel schijnt heel veel voor te komen bij dit type radio/navigatie. Hier een nieuw touchscreen gekocht, de volgende dag al werd deze geleverd. Na een uurtje "knutselen" werkte alles weer, zoals het hoort. Touchscreen en aansluitflap passen perfect. (Door het nieuwe screen over de bestaande te plakken, past het scherm niet meer helemaal goed in het metalen frame. Het totaal wordt ca. 1 mm dikker) Tot nu toe heel tevreden met dit nieuwe scherm. Volkswagen had dit probleem zelf op moeten lossen, door reparatie onder garantie. En maar klagen dat ze bijna geen auto's meer verkopen. Hoe zou dat nu komen?
