Directions
Soaking the compress ball into water until completely wet then steam herbal compress ball into electric or hob pan steamer until yellow oil appears or medium heat for 5 minutes in microwave oven. Wait until herbal compress ball becomes warm then apply herbal compress ball on your body. Do not use herbal compress ball for eyes. Note: Herbal compress ball can be reused for 3-4 times. After first-time use keep herbal compress ball in clean-sealed plastic bag and keep refrigerated
