Definitely not a crossbody. Nice product overall but there is no way on earth this will work as a crossbody 😭

These two bags are an exercise in beautiful, flexible utility. They arrived both strung on a 1" elastic belt, so my wife took a moment to see what might work best, as sometimes, especially when working out is involved, pockets are scarce, and let's face it, most clothing pockets are not designed for a smartphone. These bags are more like the belt packs she used for photography, just much brighter and more fun! The two bags, one tall (which neatly packs her iPhone, keys and mask), one smaller with a car-holder interior. can each be removed from the elastic belt for solo wear. Both bags have depth - they have about the capacity of a travel wallet, and space for a Clif bar, mask or more (within reason).The fabric is from recycled plastic AND it has fabulous design, a tie-dye/batik style navy-on-white that goes with just about everything. The taller bag has been handy for bringing the phone along on bike rides, and can be shifted out of the way on her back quite smoothly. She could also put it on one of her own narrow belts as a side-pack (or two) while hiking or being a tourist in any town. We're not convinced the elastic belt is suitable for all occasions, and she would have preferred to have tubular athletic cording for cross-body use, but that's a minor detail.Great bags for bringing along essentials - the environmentally-conscious, durable, recycled-plastic fabric is the icing on the cake!
