This shower head is quite impressive. Just opening the box to see how carefully each component was packed, each in their own cloth bag and tucked into separate compartments in the foam. No worries about anything getting scratched up or damaged in shipping. Then you can use the bags to cushion the spots where you grip the connections while tightening with a wrench so you don't damage any of the chrome coating. Easy to install, easy to adjust to your preferred height/angle. It's like having a calming waterfall in my shower now, love it!

After watching the video I expected the quality to be high. It wasn’t as expected, it’s mainly plastic so I don’t expect it to last long. lightweight so it’s not pulling on the plumbing when it’s extended out. Guess That is the plus factor to the light weight material used. The tightening levers on the arms are hollow so one side does not look right. If you install the showerhead with the hollow side facing the wall. you see the backside of the lever which wouldn’t have cost more to make the whole thing solid, takes away from the unit if not installed facing the wall. We had to turn the whole unit so it couldn’t be seen. The handheld part is the worst part of the whole unit, it’s very cheap feeling incredibly lightweight, overall though after having it installed for three days, I can say that I love the rainfall showerhead. And I only use the handheld part to clean the walls. It has a nice flow of water. the waterfalls over more of your body than a normal showerhead and it doesn’t splash all over the walls as much as a normal showerhead. I think it’s a decent unit for the price but not heavy duty . I can’t say how long it will last. Installation was easy didn’t take too long. As someone stated it was packaged extremely well to keep it from becoming damaged in shipment. I’ve given it to four because of the video that was on the description that made it sound like it was a wonderful heavy duty piece. I choose this one over the others because of that video and I don’t believe it was accurate. All in all I’m keeping it and not returning it and if anything comes up, I will update my review.

Def worth it.

Very nicely made, but I thought the handheld had a shut off valve, but I replaced it with one that did. Really priced right and it does the job quite well... CLEAN.

This is a modern pretty shower. I hadn't installed jet. But it looks nice. The hand shower is plated i don't know if it plastic or metal. The diverter is light super light weight. I don’t know if it is plastic or metal. But the rain shower is heavy metal as well the extension arm and the shower house. It come with every thing you need to install. I can't speak of durability jet. I just hope it is a good shower because this is for sending overseen as a gift for my mother. She lives in another country. I'm thinking in buying another one for me because this is a pretty modern shower!

Great product, however, there were a lot of leaking issues and the side ended up breaking after a year. If the leaking wasn’t an issue and the side didn’t break this would have worked well
