Replaces a broken catch. Longer, with different handle fittings, but easy to drill out door and use alternate screw positions on handle. No fault of the catch.

I ordered three latches and they have been in place and working well for around the weeks now. The latches are much better quality than what was fitted in our new build house originally and I hope will function for a long time. They are fitted in high traffic doors and seem to be robust.

Good for the money, and a better fit for standard doors than the 64mm mortice, but plate bends too easily when taking in and out to size the mortice cut - as a result wasted one latch and only just had enough for the remainder of the doors. Still, worth the wastage to get doors that actually close for the first time since we moved in!

Easy to install but I have had to replace one of the latches already when the door slammed due to the wind.-
