Even though this is an outdoor camera, we've been using it indoors to keep an eye on my elderly parents when we can't be there. I love it because you can move it any direction(up, down, left, right). We can watch from their bedroom doors, in the hallways & into the kitchen. I had a little bit of a problem with the 1st camera. But this company is exceptional with their service. They answered me just a few minutes after writing to them. And they continue to stay in touch helping with any & everything! They are always quick to respond, very helpful & so very kind. I wish I could give them a million stars. They have been absolutely outstanding! Even though this camera was on sale at a very very affordable price, its an awesome camera(even though we are using it indoors instead of outdoors). The motion tracking & motion detection are great. Or you can keep it focused on 1 location. The flood lights are bright & light up the area nicely. I haven't used the alarm since we are using it indoors. But the color is really good with daylight or lights on. & the night vision in black & white is still clear to see everything. The app that controls it is easy to use too. Its pretty easy to set everything up & took maybe 10-15 minutes from taking it out of the box, to connecting to wifi, installing the app & mounting it on the wall. I also like that you don't have to subscribe to a "cloud" service to keep recordings. You can install a sd card(not included) but you have to purchase it separately(which is fine with me). Talking through the camera through the mic & speakers, to my parents has been awesome. They hear me clearly & I can hear them clearly, even being miles & miles away. I also like that you can zoom in if you want to see something a little closer. Its an over-all great security camera. & even more so with this company's(PANORAXY) customer service is exceptional!!! Honestly, more companies should strive to be like them. They have an awesome product with exceptional customer service!!!I had a little problem connecting to wifi when setting the camera up. But it was my fault. I thought I typed in the password correctly, but I accidentally entered a wrong number. Once I entered the correct password, it connected flawlessly.If you are thinking of getting a Security Camera, I say don't hesitate on this one. Its a great camera at an amazing price & if you need any help, this company will be right by your side. A million thumbs up!

I got this camera to keep an eye on my little 5 lb dog when she is out in the yard because I am disabled and it is difficult for me to go out with her, and, I can only see a small portion of the yard from the window/door. She is black so I can't see her at all at night.Pros: This camera was easy enough to set up. Nice long power cord. Image quality was better than I expected for the price. 360° view is great.Cons: Major flaw is lack of operating instructions. The 2 way audio is really only one way at a time and audio volume is not adjustable. Camera will bounce back & forth repeatedly for no apparent reason. Once motion stops, the camera returns to the home position but does not go back to pick up the motion when it resumes and trying to "pan" around the yard looking for my little dog is difficult even in daytime..Camera does not pan smoothly. Just one little jerk at a time.It doesn't quite do what I need, but I missed the return window by 1 day so I guess I will make due.

I have bought many different surveillance cameras. Most have one set of problem after another. I had bought ones that give me free 6 seconds of video (which isn't enough), but even that little they just rescind that 2 years later! Basically, none of them really work unless you pay a subscription fee. Not this camera.I bought one initially, found out it has great resolution. It does give you wide enough angle, night color vision and long enough recording. It records 1 full minute after motion started and you can access the recording over your phone!I do not use cloud. I bought a 128 gigabyte microsd card, which allows me to store weeks and weeks of video.Disclaimers: I cannot attest to the durability as I only have these for a week.I did go back and buy 5 more. So far, no major issues.The only thing I want to say is: It does track motion, though it is a bite choppy (the tracking), so I stopped it. It has a wide enough angle that I don't really need motion tracking. I have some outdoor and some indoors. No problem so far. Will update if problem arises.PS: Installation is a breeze. I already have the cloudedge app (which does occasionally have down problem, though not frequent enough to be a problem for me) I get the camera installed within minutes.

Great price and installation was easy. The app downloaded to control it is free and worked fine. I like the feature where you can zoom in and out and move the camera at all directions. However, I can't give it a 5-star review. I didn't see a feature of Siren in the app even though I downloaded the most resent version. Also, there is misleading information on cable length and type in the video which shows different type of cable and longer length than the actual cable. The warranty on this is nowhere to be found. I went to the Panoraxy site to register the product; the site is a joke. Overall, so far so good on this camera and no other issues found.

Easy to set up and install. Easy to insert an SD card. App has plenty of features. Very sensitive and I have to figure out how to dampen the sensitivity. Extremely feature-filled for the money. My neighbor is having cameras professionally installed and when I told him how reasonably priced this was and that I installed it myself he was not happy. In fact I have two of them.

This Panoraxy outdoor security camera has a nice clear picture. Playback on sd card is pretty smooth as it is mounted about 40 ft from router. Has multiple features such as motion tracking, siren, flood light and activity notifications. If you activate motion tracking and you have a lot of nearby traffic you might be better off keeping it disabled. Cloud edge app works very good and I am satisfied with the overall performance of the app and camera.

It's perfect, for the price I really didn't expect it to be this great of a camera, it's clear multiple features and I love that it rotates aswell.

This is a great camera for the price, both with the tilt and pan options and the free to use all functions at no cost in the app.Customer service is also amazing. Prompt and helpful.After spending some time trying to figure out how I can isolate this camera and use it on my internal isolated network only, I have found that you cannot control this device internally only, the camera requires a handshake with the app over the internet to allow the connection to the app. For the most part, this camera should work for anyone looking to have constant remote access and should be secure as long as you do not share your camera serial number with anyone outside the people you want to have access to it. But because of the internet requirement, I noticed that you do experience some delays with the auto detect movements and notifications, because the data has to route through the internet before it reaches the app on the phone.I had given this product a 5 rating at first, because I was impressed at the quality you get for the price, and all the available features without a subscription was really good compared to others. However, having the decent quality based on the price you pay, night vision put aside (night vision is not good for picking up details of the human detected, but likely not any worse than others), it does not serve my needs for internal use only. I still give it 4 out of 5 for the product and customer service that comes with it.

I got this camera and installed it in less than 30 minutes. It even comes with a template to drill the two holes you need to mount it. Setting up the app on my phone was also super simple and the camera works great. Another plus is the extra long cord. I was worried it might be short but it's like 9 feet and I actually had to wrap part of it up. I installed this camera just outside an upstairs window so i can easily reach it without a ladder. A couple of things though... one, the power supply is just a normal 5V - 1Amp USB one like every cell phone has. It's not 12 volts like the description says. Which is fine because you can replace it with a dollar store one when it wears out. The only other issue i have is that the website is very unhelpful, and there's no documentation I could find and even the videos on the website were "unavailable"For those wanting to use this on your computer, if you have Windows 10, just download "BlueStacks" which is an Android simulator and then you can install the CloudEdge app on your PC. You'll just have to use a new Cloudedge account as the app can't be open on two separate devices. Once you have the new account, you can share the camera with that account though. Also, if you have Windows 11, I believe you have native Android support and can load the CloudEdge app directly (Still need a new account though)

I just tested it in - 35c degree weather, still function properly. It will give a arlam on time if set " human detection only in midum sensitivity with noise detection off. Good products! The only downside to me is kind of big size.

I wanted the outdoor camera with all the features and a reasonable rate. This camera ticked all my requirements like alert, colored night vision, light, pan & tilt & room for local storage.It also comes with one year warranty.I highly recommend buying it.
