What temps is everyone running with this filament? the suggested temps of 200-210 seem kinda low for tpu?

I've run it from 200 up to 240. Lower temps you get a more flexible print. Higher temps you get less flexible but more detail. Depends on what you're looking for. Do a couple tests prints to find out.

I need to a print a TPU thingy what are some budget printers that can print this filement?

Take a look at Mingda D2 printers... they're inexpensive direct drive printers. I have an Ender 3V2 and a Mingda D2, and use the D2 for all my TPU printing (though it can also print everything that an Ender can)

This is the first flex I will print. Do you need to put anything like painters tape on the printer?

I do. But make sure the temperatures are high because this stuff will clump if it is too cool.

Where is the tpu it made?

Unsure where the product came from. It does have some Japanese writing on it.
