Works a treat
Really good, gets cold quickly but stays cool for long enough to be really effective.

I haven’t used the warm feature so can’t comment on that but it freezes well. I use it for my knee and it fits over it well. The strap isn’t the most secure and it does fall down a bit which isn’t a huge issue as I only wear it at home but don’t think it would suit being out and about under clothes
