I bought a Bacca Bucci Premium Leather Maroon colour belt from Amazon sometime ago. As I live in abroad, I keep ordering from Amazon India and get it delivered to one of my relative in India. Now I back to India and upon opening the package, I noticed belt is narrow than what was advertised on Amazon website under product description. It is just 26mm wide whereas it was mentioned as 35mm on Amazon website.Since it’s already beyond 10 days free return period, I requested Bacca Bucci to exchange it as a favour with a wider belt as it was of no use to me.To my surprise, Bacca Bucci refused saying nothing can be done as it is out of warranty.Please be warned as product you receive might be different from what is advertised.
