Good medium soft mattress
The product was rightly packed and delivered. In the 1st few weeks of use, found it to be comfortable.

Poor cusion and getting back pain, neck pain
When we sleep on this bed, after some time we are getting back pain, due to uneven ness of the bed cusion. The bed is pressing more under buttocks and less under head. Some times we can feel mild heat also...major draw back is getting back pain due to poor quality or thickness of latex layer .
