These give just a smaller amount of resistance than some of the larger dumbbells I’ve bought for my aqua classes, ideal for elderly or people with less strength in arms and hands. Good quality and last well, I’ve bought several over the years and they’re still going strong I’ve just added these to my collection for classes.

I tried out some weights in my aqua aerobics class and some of them had two separate pieces stuck together which came apart.I particularly chose these because the end weight bit is one part and they were small all enough to take with me to class.They really add an extra dimension to working out in the water and help me to balance.

Very pleased they work well in pool

They’re perfect for me to use during my aquarobics class with just the right water resistance. My only complaint is thst they’re difficult to get dried out despite being left near a radiator.

Brillant, works well in the pool!

Used these small dumbbells for certain exercises at my local pools aqua deep class. Thy are ideal for a senior citizen who, like me has shoulder and neck problems. I alternate from these and a larger pair depending on what exercises I’m doing. I know my limitations with the larger ones.

Good product, meet my needs, the only negative is water gets into the handles, but does not come out easily, so carrage and storage after they have been used can be a pain.

My dumbbells arrived on time and are just as shown. I purchased them to take with me on holiday and they are a much better size to fit in my suitcase than the ones I ordered previously. Looking forward to trying them out.

Als Kursleiterin im Aquasport hatten die Kursteilnehmer grundsätzlich Probleme im Händling mit größeren Hanteln (M/L) Der Kraftaufwand/Wasserwiderstand sehr kräftezehrend und nicht optimal für die Belastung der Handgelenke. Mit den Hanteln "S" super für ALLE Trainingseinheiten: Die Teilnehmer sind glücklich!
