The item box has no wrap over it whatsoever. The box itself was open and the condition of the box was not at all "new" The delivery agent didn't bother to come over to 2nd floor, even lift is there and allowed for all. He didn't bother to make a call to me, he just handed over the open box to the security. I didn't return it only because it was not mine but someone's else and he had no issues of any of it, otherwise it would have been returned within next five minutes of delivery. I don't know about the quality, but it was looking like a cheap one, so people who doesn't have any issues with above can go and buy it, otherwise beaware that Amazon is no more a quality centric company at least on the countries like India. There were time when I used to buy products from Amazon blindly.

Good trimmer that gets the job done and is quite cheap

This product worked fine for only couple of months. Build quality was good, it was also doing the intended Job to a greater extent, but what is the use if the product is not reliable? One fine day it stopped working. I couldn't figure whether the battery was the issue or the charger was the issue. There is no battery polarity mentioned either on battery or in the charger. When I wrote to customer care about the issue, they acknowledged the email and provide resolution for the issue. They promised to send me both battery and charger via courier for a very nominal fee. I was able to regularly communicate with them on their whatsapp customer care. I received the order in under a week. I figured out later that the issue was originally with the old charger and that battery was still in working condition. I am happy with the response that I received. I request customers to make use of their customer care service in case there is any issue with the product, because the product build quality is amazing and at a very reasonable cost. Here are some of my comments wrt other product attributes : Weight : not very light but can hold it comfortably while usage Comfort: absolutely comfortable Noise level: manageable Smoothness: have used it more than 20 times now without any injuries

It trim decent but dont expect evenly trimmed hair in one go like philips or any other good brand. Take 3-4 hrs to charge and on full charge works for about 15-20 min.
