JVCC UHMW Polyethylene Film Tape [3 mil Carrier] (UHMW-PE-3): 1/2 in. x 36 yds. (Natural/Translucent)

Will make draws a bit smooth but not silky smooth.... good but don’t expect too much

Our pine drawers generate fine wood dust which gets over everything. This product is easy to apply ( once you have managed to get between the backing plastic) and make the drawers glide silently. No friction, no dust hopefully.

Brilliant stuff if you have lovely old wooden furniture with drawers. Should be fitted as standard.

Having ordered this tape before; which proved an enormous success, it was a great disappointment on reordering that the tape proved to be useless. The package came with only protective film , no actual tape.The film protects the sticky side of the tape, which I use to place on top of a metal curtain pole to help with the easy gliding of the curtain rings. As I said there was no tape only protective film.

This tape was recommended on BMW forums, as a way to stop the creaky noise at the top of F30/31 doors. Apparently cars with the shadow trim suffer from this quite a bit, especially if you get wax on the door seals. The noise was driving me crazy, and was really starting to spoil my enjoyment of the Car.This stuff has fixed it, no more sounding like a creaky old galleon in a storm. My doors are silent. Very happy man.
