Surprised it helped me!
I have tried glucosamine tablets lots of times before and they had no effect on my knees at all, so I wasn't very hopeful about the gel working. To my surprise the gel actually helps me with the knee pain. It don't last all day but at least now I can walk around the shops without limping in agony every time I go. I'm good for a few hours at least. Perhaps if I applied it multiple times I'd be able to last all day before I collapsed!
