I am a runner and I don't eat meat so I need protein. Making a shake with PurePaleo keeps me from getting headaches and feeling lousy after a long run as I need protein. Its quick and easy to make and it tastes good. Better than all the bars with sugar and tons of calories in them.

This is costly and kind of hard to mix. But it tastes great, has clean ingredients, and provides great energy!

Product is the best l have found of many nutrional powders. However, even with all the fruits and vegetables that l add there's Still a slight amount of aftertaste. But, not near as gross a texture as many other powders for making smoothies. Adding crushed ice helps a lot!

The flavor was good as was the consistency, but, it made me sick and I am guessing it had more fat as protein than actual good protein. I don’t have a gallbladder so this may be part of the issue. I became so nauseous and had diarrhea with this. Not to be graphic, it does change the color of your urine and stool. Also, see your doctor first before starting a new diet regimen and follow up with them. They may want to do labs to see that you are in good standing. research the diet modification you plan on or see a nutritionist. It’s essential for your overall health. Good luck on your journey!

Good, and tastes good but is too expensive for me. Don't take any with Pea Protein. They have lectins.
