So these work as advertised but the problem is that they don’t work with phone calls so you won’t be able to have your phone call through your headphones but the charging and listening to music works no problem also I am keeping them though

These are not an apple product, and they don't even work.1. Plugged it into my phone, didn't even go in all the way.2. Didn't omit even the slightest bit of power from either the aux or the charging port.3. Started making a crackling noise after a few seconds.In short, don't buy this product, I'm pissed, it was a total waste of money on this POS.

Any iPhone user knows Apple did away with a headphone jack and went to near total reliance on wireless earbuds. Since then, it has not been easy to find an adapter that allows charging the phone with a lightning cable and listening to music or audiobooks at the same time.These small adapters make it possible to listen and charge your phone. My wife leaves her earbuds in at night, with an audiobook playing. The background sound helps her sleep. She has tried various Bluetooth earbuds, but they fall out and get lost in the sheets. With wired earbuds, they might fall out, but are quickly found.The sound quality is quite good and the ability to simultaneously charge her phone with a lightning cable is exactly what she needs. We had a pair of these, but they stopped working. I think that may be because the wires get pulled while she is sleeping and I'm assuming one of the tiny internal wires broke.

Not ideal for a minimalist walking around listening to music. Ideal for sitting at a desk and wanting to listen to music & charge simultaneously.

The product works, it plays music and connects and does its main purpose, it just doesn’t do it very well. The audio quality is lacking and there is lots of feedback which is very apparent.It is built from just plastic except for the metal contacts. It is very light and feels poorly made. It does charge while playing music, it just produces lots of feedback into the music.Honestly it would be a better deal to get a single adapter from Apple for the same price as this 3 pack.

This is a great, high quality product! I need these adapters for many reasons. Main reason is obvious for any iPhone user. The ability to charge your phone while having the ability to also use line out/headphones feature. I travel a lot and am in and out of several different rides. I’ve found it’s easier to have the line in option compared to Bluetooth to connect to auto sound systems for gps directions or phone calls. I also compose and record music and love being able to charge while im doing it. Connections are nice and snug. No issues with connections. I wasn’t expecting much for the price. Especially getting 2. They are soo nice and seem so durable I went ahead and gave one to a friend. I might regret it but it will be because I lost mine and not because the one I kept failed! Very nice!

I wanted to use my iPhone 12 in my old car, which only has a wired audio connection. I was hoping that this would let me listen to play lists but the audio quality was very poor and these units picked up a lot of ignition interference (loud static in the audio). I don't know how they'd work outside the auto environment but I can't recommend them for automobile use.

If you are buying this with using your iPhone as a music player, you’d be quite disappointed with the sound quality.
