These really do work for mental exhaustion

Growing pains..tick
My Mum gave me these as a child for growing pains. They seemed to help within an hour or so, so I gave them to my boys who also say they helped. Maybe placebo but my pains were real and they went within an hour so I'm inclined to think they work.
